Does my discount gift card work the same way a new one works?
Absolutely! Your gift card works at all of the same locations and carries the same weight as any new card would. California Pizza Kitchen lets you use your card at any CPK location except locations in airports, stadiums, colleges and the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. The cards are also only good in the US locations and can't be used in Guam. Right now, you can't use the gift certificate at the LA Food Show either.
Can I continue to put money on my gift card?
Yes, you can always add money to an existing gift card at any California Pizza Kitchen location or it can be reloaded online.
What gift card increments are available for purchase?
Gift cards can be purchased in $5 increments from $5 to $500. If you want to purchase a new gift card online, you can click here to get started. If you have an existing gift card and would like to check the balance, you can go online or call 1-888-351-2594. You can also go to any California Pizza Kitchen location and have them check the balance of your card.
What happens if I lose my CPK gift card?
The good news is that California Pizza Kitchen will work with you to replace your card, but they will need some information from you. If you lose the card or it's stolen, call 1-800-351-2594 or email customerservice@cpk.com. You will need to provide the original proof of purchase and the gift card number. If you send an email, remember to provide your full name, contact info, order date and order number.
Can I place orders from the US to Canada or vice versa?
At this time, CPK does not deliver to areas outside the United States. They also do not accept forms of currency other than the American dollar.
Can I trade my CPK gift card in for money?
No, you may not exchange your card for money at any California Pizza Kitchen locations. However, you can sell your card online to one of the vendors you see on our site.
