Yes, they are! Pei Wei understands that some customers prefer physical gift cards and others prefer a plastic-free digital option, so they offer both traditional and electronic gift cards.
As of 2019, Pei Wei officially separated from the PF Chang’s brand. Because the restaurants are no longer affiliated and are no longer under the same ownership, PF Chang’s gift cards can no longer be used at Pei Wei. Similarly, Pei Wei gifts are also no longer redeemable at PF Chang’s locations.
Pei Wei gift cards can be used to purchase food and beverages at any participating Pei Wei locations in the United States or Puerto Rico. Some Pei Wei locations -- like those at airports and college campuses -- may be unable to accept Pei Wei gift cards. Contact your local Pei Wei location to confirm whether or not they are able to accept Pei Wei gift cards at this time.
Nope! Once you receive a Pei Wei gift card, it won’t expire or decrease in value (unless you spend the balance on food and beverages at a Pei Wei location!)
In some situations, yes, Pei Wei is able to replace gift cards. If you are able to provide verified proof of purchase such as a receipt, Pei Wei will offer a replacement card for the amount of the remaining balance on the card at the time it was reported lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Standard Pei Wei gift cards are offered in the following amounts: $10, $25, $50, $100, $250.
Pei Wei is a restaurant chain born out of PF Chang’s test kitchen that is dedicated to providing fresh, Asian-inspired cuisine with excellent service. The first Pei Wei opened its doors two decades ago in the summer of 2000 in Arizona, and in 2019 Pei Wei officially split from PF Chang’s in order to focus on producing truly new and creative food innovations. Pei Wei maintains a trademarked food philosophy called “The Wei Forward,” which promises customers that Pei Wei will always strive to serve up delicious, minimally-processed food made from the best ingredients available.
