I bought a Stein Mart card, went to use it in store as soon as I received it and the balance was ZERO! Emailed CardFlip when I returned home & have not received a reply yet but I assume that they will offer a full refund. Still I want others to BE AWARE. Big waste of time.

I spoke with Eric in CS and he was super fast and honest. I purchased a card from petco to use online. 10 min. after the purchase, CS called me back and said that this particular card could not be used online. He promptly refunded my card afterwards. Will use again.
