Redeemable up to balance for JTV merchandise and services offered on JTV’s television broadcast and online at JTV.com. To redeem Card for purchases, you must call (800) 619-3000 (available 24 hrs/day). Not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Card is non-refundable. Cannot be resold without authorization. Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, or as payment on any credit account or on an existing installment plan. Reloadable by visiting JTV.com. If lost, stolen or used without permission, Card will not be replaced. Card does not expire and does not charge a fee. Issued by America’s Collectibles Network, Inc. (ACN).
