Yes, there are some restrictions to where your Mastercard Virtual Gift can be used. You are not able to print and provide the Virtual Gift to any physical merchant location or point-of-sale. Some restrictions apply to online or phone redemption for select gambling, dating, and financial services online. There is no cash access for this Gift Card. Yes, you are able to exchange your Virtual Mastercard Gift Card on Gift Card Granny for a plastic gift card for a fee of $5. Cards are available with pre-set designs and are shipped via USPS to your domestic US address. Both your Virtual Mastercard Gift Card and Plastic Gift Card are able to be used after being exchanged, and draw from the same gift card balance. Cards must have a balance of at least $10 to be eligible for exchange.
