Denominations vary from $5-$200. You can reload your gift card at an Old Navy store near you. At this point, you cannot reload gift cards online. 

Can Old Navy gift cards be used at other stores owned by the same company, such as Gap or Athleta?

Old Navy gift cards may be used in-store or online at any retailer owned by the same company: Gap, Inc-- for now. You may use Old Navy gift cards at Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and more until 2020, when Old Navy will become an independent retailer and no longer fall under Gap, Inc. After the split, you will only be able to use Old Navy gift cards at Old Navy stores and on oldnavy.com.

There is currently no activation fee for Old Navy gift cards, regardless of where they were purchased.

 eGift Cards should be processed in the same manner as regular Gift Card tender. When prompted to swipe the Gift Card, scan the barcode above or key in the eGift Card number shown below the barcode. Follow all other standard policies and procedures for handling Gift Card transactions.

Online Instructions

1.     At checkout, select add gift card and enter the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN exactly how they appear.

2.     Click Apply.

You will see a confirmation message that the gift card value has been applied. You can apply up to five eGift Cards per order. To use another eGift Card, repeat steps 1-2 above.

This eGiftCard may not be used or redeemed with certain promotional offers and may not be applied as payment on any account. You may not use an eGiftCard to purchase other eGiftCards. Void if resold or transferred for value.
