How do I know how much is on my babyGap gift card?

Ask a store associate for balance information at any Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, or Athleta store. Gift Gard Granny can also help you find the balance on your gift card. 

I lost my gift card. Can I get it replaced?

Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced with the remaining balance as long as you have the original receipt or the card number.

Are babyGap gift cards reloadable?

You bet. To add more money onto your gift card, visit a Gap owned store (which includes Old Navy, Athleta, and Banana Republic) and ask a store associate for assistance.

How many gift cards can I use per order?

You can use up to 5 gift cards on an individual purchase either in-store or online.
