  • If you've ordered a plastic Visa or Mastercard gift card, orders are printed and shipped on the same business day if processed before 2PM ET. If your order is placed and processed after 2PM ET or on a weekend, your order will be printed and shipped on the following business day (Ex. Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday will be printed and shipped on the following Monday.)
  • If you've ordered a plastic branded card (Best Buy, Walmart, etc.), your card will be shipped within 3 business days and take the expected amount of delivery time based on the shipping service selected during check.
  • If you have not gotten your gift card and it was plastic, please check your selected shipping service provider (USPS or FedEx) for any delays or shipping advisories due to holidays or unexpected volume and delays due to other circumstances with those services. If your gift card has still not arrived in the mail by a realistic date for your selected shipping service, please continue submitting your inquiry so that we may assist further.
  • For electronic gift cards, our typical delivery time is within 30 minutes, if not instantly. Some electronic gift cards are subject to longer review times.
  • If you have not gotten your gift card and it was electronic, please check your junk mail. If your order is processed, and your eGift card is not there or the link is unable to be opened successfully, please continue submitting your inquiry so that we may assist further.
