<h6>When will the gift card(s) arrive?</h6>
<p>Depending on which gift card option you chose, here are the delivery timeframes.</p>
<p>eGift card delivery: On average, eGift card orders are delivered within 5 minutes of processing. There may be a short delay in between the time an order is placed and when it can be processed, and when the order is processed and when it can be fulfilled.</p>
<p>Plastic gift card delivery: Gift cards are shipped in 48 hours and will be delivered within the shipping time selected during checkout. Typically, you can expect to receive your physical gift card within 4 days.</p>
<p>However, after 10 days you still haven&rsquo;t received the gift card(s) from your order, please contact our customer support via&nbsp;<a title="Gift Card Granny Contact Us Page" href="../../../../../contact/">our support page</a>.</p>
<p>Visa gift cards: Please allow 4 business days for your Visa gift card to be processed, custom printed and delivered within the appropriate shipping time selected during checkout.</p>

<h6>Why is my order cancelled?</h6>
<p>Here are some common reasons for order cancellation:</p>
<p>The information provided does not match or was deemed not acceptable by your payment card's issuing bank.</p>
<p>The delivery address entered was deemed not able to be delivered to.</p>
<p>Our third-party risk analysis partner declined to accept the order for compliance purposes.*</p>
<p>Please note: We are not able to provide details about why the order was cancelled if it was been deemed unacceptable by our third-party compliance partner.</p>
<p>What if there is an issue with the gift card(s) purchased?</p>
