What if my Crate and Barrel gift card doesn’t cover my order total?
No worries. Redeem your gift card during checkout and any remaining balance can be paid by cash or credit card (depending on if you’re shopping in-store or online).
Do Crate and Barrel gift cards expire if not used within a certain amount of time?
While cleaning out your inbox, if you happen upon a Crate and Barrel eGift card from last year, it's ok. Crate and Barrel gift cards don’t expire.
How do I redeem my Crate and Barrel gift card?
Ordering over the Phone - when placing orders from the Crate and Barrel catalog, give the customer service agent your gift card information over the phone.
Ordering Online – enter in the gift card number and pin when you’re on the Payment page during checkout.
Using In-store – hand the cashier your gift card and they will swipe or scan it at the register.
Can I request a new Crate and Barrel gift card if I lose mine?
