What types of gift cards are available?
There are both traditional plastic gift cards and e-gift cards available for purchase in store and online. If you purchase online, you will not be charged shipping for the gift card-- however, you will be charged shipping for any other items in your order.
J. Crew also offers a corporate gift card, available for a discounted rate. Corporate gift card orders of $2,500 or more receive 10% off.
How much can I get a gift card for?
The maximum amount allowed on a gift card at one time is $500 online or in store. If you’d like to purchase a gift card for more than $500, please call J. Crew customer service: (800) 562 -258.
How can I redeem a J. Crew gift card?
Shop at your chosen J. Crew location or online, and use your gift card to pay for the items. Any remaining unpaid balance from the purchase will require another form of payment. Any gift card balance remaining is saved to the gift card. You can load additional money onto your J. Crew gift card at any time inside a J. Crew store.
Are J. Crew gift cards reloadable?
Yes-- you may load additional money onto your gift card at any J. Crew store. You cannot reload or add money to your card online.

If I lose my gift card, can I get it replaced?
No-- J. Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. J. Crew gift cards may also not be redeemed for cash value.
