How can I use my Eddie Bauer card?

Take your gift card to any Eddie Bauer location and present it to the cashier at checkout to use the balance towards your purchase. To use online, gift/eGift card numbers can be entered during the Payment step of checkout. When shopping online there are a few ways you can apply your gift card balance to your purchase. For current cards, you will be asked to enter the 19 digit card number along with your four-digit pin number. For older cards, enter the letter ‘E’ plus all twelve digits or the card number, and the dollar amount.

Unfortunately, no. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid.

What stores accept Eddie Bauer cards?

Your card can be used for purchases of merchandise at participating Eddie Bauer locations in the United States and Canada. Gift cards purchased in Eddie Bauer Canadian and U.S. retail stores can be redeemed in participating stores in either country, regardless of card currency. Unfortunately, your card cannot be used to purchase another gift card, applied as payment to any credit card account, or for prior or pending purchases.

Is there a limit to what I can put on my card?

Both traditional Eddie Bauer gift cards and Egift cards are available in amounts from $10 to $500. 

What happens if I lose my gift card?

Your gift cards hold a real cash value so treat them just like you treat the cash in your wallet. If you do happen to misplace your Eddie Bauer gift card or you have reason to believe it was stolen, contact customer service immediately and report it. Eddie Bauer will only refund you for the amount left on the card if you have the original receipt of purchase and any other proof as required by Issuer or by law. Always keep your gift card purchase receipts!

The following ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of Eddie Bauer Gift Cards ("Gift Cards"). This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and the issuer. By purchasing, accepting or using your Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the Gift Card.

IMPORTANT: This Agreement includes resolution of disputes by arbitration instead of in court.

Balance Inquiry. For balance inquiry, call 1.866.398.9763 or visit https://www.buyatab.com/custom/eddiebauer/ for US or https://www.buyatab.com/custom/eddiebauer/cad for Canada. The balance you receive when inquiring over the telephone or online may not include pending transactions. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.

Expiration/Termination. Gift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Issuer may terminate any Gift Card where a credit card/check used for payment is declined.

Redemption. Your Gift Card is redeemable only for purchases of merchandise at participating Eddie Bauer locations in the United States and Canada. It has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Gift Card. Your Gift Card also cannot be applied as payment to any credit card account, or for prior or pending purchases.

No Refunds. No refunds are permitted with respect to Gift Cards without the original receipt.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Gift Card. The unused balance of lost, damaged or stolen cards will not be replaced unless you present the original purchase receipt and any other proof as required by Issuer or by law.
