Can I use my Chico's gift card at Soma?

Your gift card can only be used at Chico's branded locations which include chicos.com, Chico's boutiques and outlets, or by phone at 888-855-4986. Although Soma and Chico's are under the same company, gift cards from either location cannot be used interchangeably. This policy has just changed in recent years.

Can I Use My Chico's Gift Card at White House Black Market?

Similar to the question above, Chico's and White House Black Market cannot be used interchangeably. The branding on the gift card must match the store you choose to use it. Chico's, Soma, and White House Black Market are three brands under one larger company, however, they no longer allow gift cards to be used at more than one location.

Can I use my gift card internationally?

No. Unfortunately, you cannot use Chico’s gift cards anywhere outside of the US.  

Will Chico's replace my lost or stolen gift card?

There are some things you can do if you misplace your gift card. Each gift card comes with a card number and PIN. To make any purchases, check the balance, or make any changes you need that pin. Additionally, you will need the card number and pin to report it lost or stolen. If you do not have that information, your card cannot be replaced. If you do, your card can be cancelled and you will be sent a gift card for the amount left on the gift card at the time of the report.
