Is this gift card only good at Chili's restaurants?
When you buy a Chili's gift card, you're actually buying a card that will take you to any number of restaurants owned by Brinker International. This includes Chili's, Romano's Macaroni Grille, On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina or Maggiano's Little Italy restaurants that are in the United States. So, you can have American, Italian or Mexican for dinner with one gift card.

 

What's the balance on my gift card?
If you're not sure how much you have left on your gift card, feel free to look up the balance one of several ways. You can take it into your local Chili's and ask a host or server to check the balance for you. Or, check the balance from the convenience of your home or office by calling 1-888-532-6092 or going online. Just be sure to have your gift card on hand to enter the number on the back of the card.

 

I don't really eat out all that much, can I return my Chili's gift card?
Unfortunately, all gift card sales are final and you may not get a refund on your gift certificate. However, if you won't be using your card and would like to get cash for it, you have the option of selling your gift card. One of the vendors that you see on this site will be glad to pay you cash in exchange for your card.

 

What if I lose my discount gift card or it's stolen?
It's very important that you treat your gift card like cash. If your card is lost or stolen and you have the original proof of purchase, you can get the card canceled and replaced by calling 1-800-983-4637. If you do not have the original purchase receipt, then there is nothing that Chili's or Brinker International can do to help you and the balance of the card will be lost.

 

Chili’s Grill & Bar is a restaurant that was established in 1975 by Larry Lavine.  They are owned by the parent company Brinker international including other popular American restaurants like Maggiano’s Little Italy, and On the Border. I want to report my $50 Chili's gift card as stolen. The gift card number is: 6061066680949618. The clerk at the Walgreen's store where I purchased the gift card on Sunday, May 29 apparently stole it (he never put it in my bag and when I returned to the store, the store manager said there was nothing he could do because the clerk said he put it in the bag). Please cancel this gift card immediately -- I do want the clerk/thief to get the benefit of the card!!

We receive restaurant gift cards from family members, usually during the holidays. Sometimes the cards are not used immediately. My husband and I dined at Chili's over the weekend and ended up in an embarassing situation. We paid with two gift cards, ($30.00) and when we left the restaurant, the waiter came running out to the parking lot and said there was a problem with the gift cards. We had to go back into the restaurant while he checked the cards again. We found out there was a fee charged on the cards for non-use and the thirty dollars was gone! This has never happened with any other restaurant gift cards. None of the cards we have received in the past had a fee attached and we were able to use them at our convenience. I just wanted to comment on this. We were so embarassed and especially upset knowing thirty dollars had just gone down the drain. We will double check our gift cards in the future when we visit other restaurants. I will comment that our waiter was very polite, the service was good, as well as the food. It probably will be a ver-r-r-ry long time before we visit a Chili's again, however. Thanks for listening.
